Ordering your quilt

If you wish to order one of my existing patterns you will find two pricing levels associated with each pattern (Note: If you do not have a Paypal account you can still purchase a quilt with any major credit card). Each quilt is available at two price points. The first, lower price, is the basic price for the quilt. This price includes the quilt, a custom, personalized tyvek storage sleeve, packaging and shipping. The second price adds a hanging sleeve sewn into the back of the quilt that provides a simple and elegant way to transform the quilt into an elegant wall hanging.

At both price points, you may select (using comments entered in your payment confirmation screen) the snow white or antique bone fabric and any of the battings except the silk. If you do not select a fabric, I will use antique bone. If you do not select a batting, I will use organic cotton.

Ordering custom quilts

Custom orders may take the form of a "light" customization or a "full" customization.

An example of a light customization is a desire for a different color of fabric or for silk batting. Light customizations involve an upcharge from the standard price, but no special design fee and little or no additional production time. To purchase a lightly customized quilt, contact me with a brief description of your needs. I will get back to you with your selections and pricing and, when we agree, send you a Paypal invoice by email that you will use to make your payment.

An example of a full customization is a custom pattern designed around a family crest. Full customizations involve an upcharge from the standard price and a non-refundable design fee which applies to the final price. To purchase a fully customized quilt, contact me with a description of your needs and any supporting artwork or information you have available. I will review your request and reply with a brief description of the design I envision for you. If you agree, I will send you a Paypal invoice by email that you will use to pay a design fee. Once you pay the design fee, I will create the design and communicate with you to perfect it. When we are both satisfied, I will send you a Paypal invoice for the balance of the price and begin to work on the quilt. If, after seeing the design, you elect not to purchase the quilt, I will keep the design fee and the title to the design (except for any artwork supplied by you) and you will be under no further obligation.

Delivery times

When you order your quilt I will provide an approximate shipment date in the confirmation I send back to you. Generally, quilts are shipped 2-4 weeks after the order is placed. In busy times of the year, that may slip to 4-6 weeks. If you have particular schedule requirements contact me and I will work with you as best I can.
